What the studio stores
The studio stores your account identifier and password verification record; uploaded files and their technical metadata; generated exports and processing records; project briefs, captions and planned publishing details; brand settings; and performance figures you enter yourself.
Why this information is used
This information supports sign-in, footage storage, video rendering, workspace management and the analytics views you request. Connection information such as IP addresses, request paths and timestamps may appear in hosting and security logs used to operate and protect the service.
Who can access it
The current studio is an owner-managed workspace. It is not yet a system of isolated customer accounts. KezaTee administrators and infrastructure providers supporting hosting, DNS and connectivity may process information as needed to operate the service. Do not use it for confidential client footage until access arrangements have been agreed.
Connected services
Automatic YouTube publishing, YouTube account analytics, payment processing and external AI generation are not currently connected. Opening a third-party platform takes you to that provider, where its own privacy terms apply.
Storage and removal
Uploaded footage, projects and exports remain stored until removed by the operator. Deleting original footage from the library permanently removes that file and its library metadata after confirmation. Finished exports are retained separately. There is currently no automated retention schedule or self-service account deletion. Ask KezaTee at hello@kezatee.com about access, corrections, export or removal requests.
Cookies and local preferences
A secure, HTTP-only session cookie supports sign-in and expires after 12 hours. Your light/dark preference is stored in your browser’s local storage. See the cookie notice for details.
